• Sections of Ontario move from the Upstate New York section in the Northeast Region to the East Plains section in the Great Lakes Region to balance Canadian participation across regions
• East New England and West New England sections are replaced by the North New England and the South New England
• North Texas (including DFW Metro area) is split from the current Texas section and will join the Ozarks section in the new Red River section.
• The rest of Texas is now in the new South Texas section
• The Northwest Plains section is split into Northwest Plains and North Plains sections
• A new section, Central Appalachia, is created in the Mid-Atlantic. Parts of Founders and Capital are reallocated.
• A new section, West Bay, is created in the Southwest Region. The rest of the NorCal section is unchanged.
