Recognizing and Rewarding Well-Rounded Programs
The ACE Program formally recognizes and awards college ultimate programs for growth and sustainability while representing the three components of USA Ultimate’s mission: Character, Community and Competition. College teams may submit an application for consideration and earn a variety of incentives and benefits. This program is also a great way for developing teams to earn recognition and support from their school administration.

ACE Program Criteria
Applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Embodiment of the three components of USA Ultimate’s mission: Character, Community and Competition.
- Participation in USA Ultimate events
- Promotion of the sport of ultimate
- Competitive excellence
- Empowerment of future leadership for long-term sustainability
- Strength of team leadership, including coaching
Who Can Apply?
- Any USA Ultimate-registered college team may apply.
- Men’s and women’s programs must apply separately.
- Applications will be evaluated by factoring in all teams in the relevant gender division for each school.
