Colorado Springs, Colo. (June 7, 2021) – With the 2021 Youth Club Championships (YCC) only two months away, USA Ultimate announced today that it will continue to accept bid applications from youth teams through this Friday, June 11. 

Teams interested in attending the annual three-day event, held in Blaine, Minn. from August 7-9, need to submit their bid application in order to be considered.

One major change to YCC this year is that, due to the number of teams that submitted bid applications, USA Ultimate will not be able to run a separate U-17 girls’ division. Instead, USA Ultimate will work with the teams that have already applied to provide them with an opportunity to compete and experience everything that YCC has to offer.

To date, there are 48 teams slated to attend YCC – considered the pinnacle of youth ultimate competition – and we are excited to have long-term and brand new teams in all of our divisions attending this year’s event.
