The Ultimate Starter Kit grant program provides educational resources and materials to support the creation of new youth ultimate programs, teams or leagues. Learn to Play and Girls’ Ultimate Movement kits are available, with disc customization options for participants age 12 and under.
Kits include:
- 10 discs (choice of 175g Discraft Ultrastars and/or 145g J-Stars for ages 12 and under)
- 8 cones
- 2 intro skills & drills manuals
- 15 spectator guides
- 15 Learn to Play or GUM stickers

Program Rules
- Priority is given to applicants representing USA Ultimate-affiliated disc organizations and current USA Ultimate members.
- Applicants may only request one kit.
- Applications are accepted year-round and reviewed on a monthly basis.
- A limited number of kits is available each year; not all requests will be granted.
