Colorado Springs, Colo. (March 2, 2026) – The Ultimate Foundation, the philanthropic arm of USA Ultimate, has announced the launch of a new program aimed at recognizing donors who support the ultimate community.
Titled The Ultimate Collective, this new program highlights the community of annual donors who support The Ultimate Foundation’s mission and who are investing in making a nationwide impact. Being a part of The Collective comes with exclusive benefits for those who contribute at four key levels ranging from $75-$1000+, with the inaugural year including perks such as public recognition as a founding partner, commemorative discs and special Foundation gear.
“By introducing The Ultimate Collective we recognize the critical role our donors play in shaping the future of the sport,” stated Foundation Board President Adam Goff. “They share our vision of a world where everyone has the opportunity to experience ultimate as a sport that inspires integrity, relationships and belonging. I’m excited to introduce The Collective, highlighting our community of donors whose investments make innovative programs like Youth Growth Grants and Play It Forward possible.”
The Ultimate Foundation was formed in 2014 and is governed by the core principles of Spirit of the Game. A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Foundation’s funding priorities are fostering access, growing youth ultimate, investing in local communities and supporting the Girls’ Ultimate Movement and Delrico Johnson Fund. With the addition of a full time director in 2025, and the establishment of The Ultimate Collective in 2026, the Foundation is positioned to fuel a future for ultimate that is accessible to all backgrounds and identities.
