The USA Ultimate Spirit of the Game (SOTG) Working Group is looking to add members. The group works to help define and educate the ultimate community about SOTG, while supporting and incorporating SOTG principles into rules, programs and events. The BIPOC Advisory Council acts as a sounding board for ideas on how to best support BIPOC ultimate athletes and coaches. The group consists of up to five BIPOC members of the ultimate community who, ideally, represent different backgrounds, racial identities, ages, socioeconomic groups, and geographic locations. Ideal candidates have connections and established relationships with local disc organizations and stakeholders across their state or territory, as well as the desire to extend and enhance those relationships. USA Ultimate is looking for a material scientist or similar specialist to volunteer with the Disc Standards Working Group. We are looking for a person who is passionate about the sport of ultimate and who would have an interest in providing guidance on tasks related to disc standards and approval processes.
